A Wolverhampton landlord was fined for various breeches in Fire Protection, where the building had loose wiring and the walls were separating from the structure leaving a gap leaving a risk of smoke penetration and the list goes on.

As a landlord you are responsible for fire protection for your building and keeping your tenants safe.

As a tenant make sure you notify your landlord of any possible fire safety issues your come across
