Rogue Landlord left the building in an unfit state


HMO in need of a Fire Risk Assessment

Fire Alarm not working, smoke detectors broken or beeping, fire doors not up to standard, along with mold throughout the building, the landlord was fined and had to pay costs.

A Fire Risk Assessment would have picked up on these issues.
