Hotel Operator Convicted Of Offences Against Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005


Not acting on the finding from a Fire Risk Assessment can result in prison and a hefty fine

Doors wedged open, fire alarm panel and emergency lights with defects, out of date fire extinguishers, no fire training for staff.

Occupants of the hotel were put at great risk and had a fire broke out there could of been serious injuries.
