Alarm Design, Installations & Commissioning

Our alarm design process takes four stages. The process is the same for extending an existing system or installing a completely new design:

1. Initial Survey
As with all of our services we provide free surveys and quotations. We’ll visit your premises and assess your specific requirements and needs..

On completion of the survey we will design and create a CAD drawing of the fire system in accordance with strict British Standards in order to provide you with a detailed quotation..

2. Quotation
The quotation will indicate time scales to install the system and a complete breakdown of all the components and equipment that you will need. A detailed CAD drawing of the system will also be provided.

3. Installation
We work in conjunction with you to determine when the best dates to install your new system will be. Dependant upon the size of your business and the time needed for installation, we have the workforce to install out of hours or at the weekend if necessary.

We’ll also provide an exact timetable for the work to be completed, so you immediately understand any downtime or disruption that may be caused to your business.

4. Commissioning & Training
Our engineers will commission and test your new system and provide the necessary staff training on your new panel and system.
 
Our independence to manufacturers means that we can provide a comprehensive range of alarm systems to our clients enabling us to offer financially and technically unbiased solutions to their fire safety requirements.

Fire Extinguisher Installation

Our routine annual service will usually identify your need for new extinguishers.

However, you can call us anytime to survey new premises and to determine the requirement for new extinguishers. All of our engineers are trained and registered with FETA.

Emergency Lighting

We can install and service emergency lighting in accordance with BS 5266-1:1999 and can be implemented within your exiting service contract

New installations and extensions to your exiting lighting are also catered for, taking the same process as the new alarm process detailed above.
